About the Organisation
The Macedonian Association of International Freight Forwarders and Logistics Operators - MIFA - represents companies that move goods through transport, customs clearance and logistics services.
Registered within the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia, MIFA is a professional platform that connects member companies, public institutions and international standards into a coherent framework for the logistics sector. Although a relatively young organisational form, the association has produced important results for the forwarding profession and for the wider business community.

Institutional cooperation is central to the way the association works.
MIFA carries out its activities through sessions and meetings of its members’ bodies, as well as through significant meetings with governmental and non-governmental institutions in North Macedonia and abroad. Its activities are especially directed toward improving cooperation with customs and inspection authorities, while continuously strengthening the internal organisation of freight forwarders according to market requirements.
